Born and raised in Miami, SESM Started showing an interest in art while in elementary school, however it wasn’t until his family moved to Hollywood that he became interested in graffiti art. At an early age, a neighbor introduced him to a friend who graffitied and carried around a memorable album with pieces created in an abandoned warehouse.  His mind was completely blown away that these pieces were actually letters. From that point on, he dedicated all of his time to learning and evolving as a graffiti writer. He started getting more serious about his graffiti work after starting high school, leaning heavily on the freight scene. Years later, his first daughter was born and as a result he had to spend around six years away from creating but has since returned to the scene after the birth of his second daughter. Upon his return, SESM started the XCEL KRUE which has been creating influential art ever since.
