BLVD Bike Rides: Transform Tomorrow!

Join us for BLVD Bike Rides, a guided group bike ride brought to you by DreamLarge in partnership with the Sarasota/Manatee Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). A free event, BLVD Bike Rides: Transform Tomorrow seeks to educate and inspire the community about alternative modes of transportation while creating a safe, fun environment to ride bikes and meet other like-minded people.

This community-focused event combines a leisurely bike ride through Sarasota's vibrant neighborhoods with an informative session on the future of transportation in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.

Event Details:

Date: June 6th, 2024
Time: 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Start Location: DreamLarge HQ

Event Schedule:

5:30 PM: Check In: Check in and start the evening with a brief, informative talk by the MPO about the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) and how it's shaping safer, more connected travel in our region.
6 PM - Bike Ride: Set off on a guided bike ride through the historic Rosemary District, led by our knowledgeable and safety-conscious ride leader, John McCarthy.
6:45 PM - Drinks & Discussion: The ride ends with an opportunity to relax, have a beverage, share experiences, and discuss how to get more involved in future transportation projects.
